Southeast Tennessee Service Areas

Tri-South Construction LLC is based in Sewanee, Tennessee. We work with homeowners on kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, and home additions across Franklin, Grundy, Marion, and Coffee counties, plus McMinnville, Shelbyville, and Lynchburg.

Share your town or ZIP code and a short description of your project so Pete can confirm coverage and discuss the next step. We review the location, scope, and timing together before planning a consultation.

For a kitchen remodel, tell us what you want to improve about the layout, storage, work surfaces, or everyday use. For a bathroom renovation, share your shower or tub preferences, storage needs, and any mobility goals. For an addition, describe how you want to use the extra space and how it should connect to your current home.

Your first message should include your location, the room or area involved, what you want to keep, what you want to change, and any timing priorities. Photos and rough measurements can help explain the idea; a project-specific assessment is still needed to establish the scope.

Call Pete at 931-841-7147 or use our Contact page to request a consultation. Explore Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Additions under Services for more information. If your property is outside the areas above, ask about your location before making plans.
